Our meat and eggs are sourced from Stryker farm in Saylorsburg, PA. These products are grass fed, free range, and non - gmo.
Coffee, honey and maple syrup
Our honey comes fresh from Bramble Ridge Farm in Montrose, PA. Our delicious maple syrup is made by Dutch Hill Preserves in Canadensis, and our coffee is roasted by Fieldstone Coffee Roasters located in Easton- grab a cup to go, and take a bag to brew at home!
Fresh seasonal fruits and veggies
We get our fruits and veggies as fresh as possible by shopping at local farms for seasonal ingredients. Produce from The Farmer's Basket right here in Stroudsburg, and Gould's Farm in Broadheadsville give our dishes that fresh flavor that you just can't get from the grocery store.
